I have more than 30 years under my belt as a hair stylist and around 12 years of psychotherapy education, as well as endless personal life experience. I conduct on average 550 hours per year of private psychotherapy. In 2008, I was recognized as Sweden's first hair stylist psychotherapist, and I have been featured in radio programs, newspapers, and on TV4's program Morgonsoffa, with Steffo Thörnqvist och Jenny Strömstedt.

I have been a frequent guest on radio Gällivare as their resident "radio psychotherapist."

In order to spread the word about who I am and how I can help, I gave lectures at Scalateatern in Stockholm, which I then took on a national tour.

I give courses, lectures, and other events around Sweden. Right now, I am giving a course called Lead yourself and others. Develop your leadership, Save time and money, Become aware of your potential, and Stop worrying unnecessarily. This is a three-part course. Can be given anywhere in Sweden.
